Limited on 200 copies. The first 50 (?) copies were sold on Mauro World event at Trix, Antwerp. These first copies include the printed inlay (see photo 4 + 5) but NOT the stickers (see photo 6 + 7) because they were not ready yet. Later copies included the stickers.
